Computer not turning on? Severe lack of functionality?
Once in a while your computer may suffer a failure, some of these failures you may not notice for some time while others may become apparent instantly.
When you first get a computer it always feels fast, but during the average lifespan of a modern computer it gets slower and slower at such a rate that you don't notice, until one day you wonder why your computer takes so long to do something which it used to be able to do in a blink of an eye. This slowdown is caused by everyday use, malware infecting your computer & a build up of unwanted files which your computer generates as you use it.
We will always recommend a complete reinstall of your computer. This process involves us creating a backup of your documents, movies, music, pictures & any other personal files. Once we have those backups we wipe your computer completely, and then reinstall your copy of Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office (if you have one). We then ensure the PC is fully updated with the latest security & software fixes. Finally we copy your personal documents back to your PC.
With everybody working nowadays it is not always easy to get your PC into a shop during opening hours. This is where our PC collection & delivery service comes in. We will collect your computer before you go to work, and once we have finished fixing it we can drop it back with you in the evening.

If you use our installation service we will send one of our engineers to your house to help you set up about any piece of technology you can imagine. What ever it is, we've set it up before, and can quickly get you on your feet without that feeling of frustration!
